We evaluate demonstrated ability, not just a résumé.

For most roles, especially in growth and content, you'll be asked to complete a short, real task rather than just talk about your experience.

A direct conversation about your work, how you think, and what you'd own if you joined, no trick questions, no whiteboard theater.
